lead
What begins as a seed has become a fully mature tree. A mature tree is an important part of the health of the forest and each year produces new seeds which grow into even more trees. A mature disciple is engaged in leading; discipling others and taking responsibility for the spiritual growth and maturity of other people. Read Acts 16:1-5 which documents Paul investing in Timothy; what Paul had received from Barnabas and others was now given away to a young disciple. A mature Christian helps others to participate in this discipleship cycle that we have received and are now passing on to others.
Do I have a clear sense of vocation; am I committed to leaving a legacy of mature disciples?
